Steve Cantlay is joining the Ticor Commercial team as an SVP, Escrow Officer.  With over twenty-four years of industry experience, Steve has a wide variety of knowledge and experience. He specializes in residential and commercial purchase transactions, 1031 exchanges, income property, and refinances.   Steve values consistency, reliability, and communication in his work and his favorite part of the job is working with and getting to know customers and clients. Those who work with Steve describe him as reliable and trustworthy.

Steve is a Southern California native and currently lives in Los Alamitos. He and his wife, Colleen, have four children, Patrick, Nick, Caroline, Jack, and a white goldendoodle named Walter.  In his free time, Steve enjoys playing golf, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family.
