Janine Hook is a Vice President Sales Executive with over 32 years of title experience, Janine has extensive knowledge of commercial and residential sales, foreclosures, REO, short sales, probate and living trusts. She provides excellent customer service, problem solving and title solutions to her clients, which include commercial brokers and lenders, real estate agents, residential lenders, and independent escrow.

Clients describe her as consistent, caring, knowledgeable, reliable, and ethical. They appreciate her technical title knowledge and excellent problem solving skills. Janine relies on her broad knowledge and experience with technical title issues to help facilitate complex title and escrow transactions. She believes in providing her clients with the tools, knowledge, and service to help successfully close their title and escrow transactions.

Janine has a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Cal State University Long Beach (CSULB). She has been awarded numerous accolades for her dedication to her work. A Southern California native, Janine is married with two adult children. She enjoys doing ballet, hiking, and horseback riding . She also loves spending her free time with her husband and horses.
